95 Electric Rd Tin Hau

I know there isn't much in this building but i was curious and want to check it out anyways. I actually don't know how to get past the front steel gate from the street. Is there a buzzer or button? What do i do?

i have walked past but i didn't just push the gate. i thought they were locked like every other building.
