chinese forum pics question

Hi all.
Why is it that the chinese forum rarely has nude pics with reviews with RA set on them like this forum?
Since many ppl here are visiting the same girls and posting nude pics with consent in this forum why not chinese forum.

Its not like chinese forum does not allow. see below:

By rare, i mean RARE - I read 1000+reviews but only find one review with nude pic. Here it is for ur reference:

There are nude pics on the chinese forums but you will need RA30 at least to see the good stuff.

There are guys on the chinese forum who put sex vids without RA so you're not looking in the right place

the better question would be why the fu*k it takes so long for a pic to display on the Chinese forum...

yeah. i'd like to know too.
sometimes only 1/2 the pic loads too.

Some of the pics are loaded from different pics hosting sources other than 141hongkong which could explain why some pics load so slow over there since there is a limit on how many pics can be loaded by a user at any particular time.
