In Shenzhen, you don't need specific locations.  If you take the MTR, you will see a lot of mamasans asking you if you want a girl along the streets right off the train station.  Most of the girls have rented a room in the buildings where the Mamasan is trying to solicit business.  Last time I went, about a year ago, the price was $130 yuan for one shot and $350 for an overnight.  Not sure if the prices have changed since then.

of course it's going to be cheaper.  Cost of living is cheaper (but not by that much nowadays).  That's why you see all the Hongkies coming up in droves on the weekends.
