There is a nice mall/supermarket there, also buses to go see the Big Buddha.

Best bet is to get on the MTR to Olympics and walk over to MKK.  Lots going on there.

not that bad really... 35 minutes to Central by MTR, and cheap to buy or rent. An option if you work in the aviation industry for sure, but perishing territory for mongering.....

I've seen advertisements all over TST for $9999 and up for 600-900 sq ft.  If working in Central, I would rather live in a smaller place in tst and simply ferry over.

Been living in Tung Chung for over 3 years now and simply loving it.

Clubhouses are great, 10 mins to Citygate, 15 to Airport...plenty of eye candy too with all the Flight Attendants staying here.

try frequenting 'the aviator'

it's probably the only bar there, and with the amount of flight attendants in that area, you might get lucky.

If craigslist is to be believed, most trolly dollies are hookers anyway. First time in HK ages ago, I met the pilot of the plane in Harrisons (RIP) in LKF who took me to Dusk til Dawn where all the air hostesses from the flight were drunk and flirty. Got 3 phone numbers (two were married) and a good nosh job as well. Love it.

Where's Dusk til Dawn?  Is it still around?

i'm definitely a fan of Tung Chung, the city is too cramped.  too little nature.
