Some mainland Chinese girls, especially newbies to the business, might never have experienced a good tongue lapping before, and might be very shy to even let you try.  Usually if you get going on them, they will beg you not to stop if you are any good. There is no assumption that DATY (or anything else) is actually on the menu beyond the straight out boom-boom.
