Instead of telling us who has and Embossment body, or who serves physically disabled, can't the 141 db tell us who works during typhoons????? Right now, if I'm going to brave the wind and rain at midnight, I really need to know (I know... I could just phone the papas... just having a lonely typhoon rant)
