On top of every forum section it is clearly written :

Announcement:   P D = PHYSICALLY DISABLED

Please aslo read the Getting Started section ... the FAQ there explains this !

If you also go through more threads in this Q & A section you will notice many bros have asked this same question !

Maybe the site should make an explanation of the meaning of 'PD', followed by a short quiz asking "Now what does PD mean?", part of the registration process.
