unfortunately not. but it may as well have been, i've been in that position more than a few times!
i'm not sure how to make such a thing. none of the graphics tools that i have can crop a video and covert it to an animated gif.

i'm glad you like it though! i found a few others as well that i may cycle to after i get bored of this one.
