Best countries in South America?

Live in the US where it sucks compared to Hong Kong. At $300 an hour for some average girl I may as well buy a plane ticket.

I've already been to a few places in Europe which I thought were quite nice, but wanted to see what the best options are in South America.

I'm looking for something that's ideally pretty clean and discreet... I like the system in Hong Kong and I thought FKK's were awesome. I've seen a few clips in Tijuana and it looks pretty involved.
