If you're out partying and you're getting shit faced drunk, just remember to take an aspirin, or tylenol or advil or panadol before you fall asleep.  If you do you won't wake up with a hangover.     It's amazing and it works. #9 Post at 2-11-2011 00:03  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L I've heard that if you take some oxygen it will clear up a hangover really quickly.  Doctors, ambulance drivers etc do it...check out the following article: http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2010/03/100301165604.htm I think there are also some commercial products available.  For some reason I think if you've got a cylinder of pure O2 at home to deal with your frequent hangovers, it's a bad sign that you have a problem?  Hehehehehe I think the aspirin and massive hydration is also helpful, but I know from personal experience it's not 100% effective!

Usually I drink till I reach a certain high then I slow down the alcohol consumption. Thereafter always drink a glass of water every half hour or hour till u go home. It's a small energy drink available in the US called 5-Hour Energy. The reason it works is it has a massive dose of B vitamins, which help cells survive dehydration and lack of oxygen (the primary causes of hang-overs).  I drink one of those either before, during or after a big night and it works great.

Just pound it.. remember.. it's gotta be room temperature otherwise it's useless. It'll be gross and you'll want to vomit but it works like a charm.. Heck, this method has allowed me to survive numerous rugby tours throughout the years. Drink till you want to drop in the wee hours of the night then waking up at 7am to get to a 8am match for 3 days in a row... wouldn't know what to do without this method (which my rugby coach back in HS taught us when I went on my first tour at 16!
