Ratings in Gal DB

Who enters the ratings in the Gal DB?  Is it just the papasans (who will never give a bad score)?  Am I missing something or is there rating bar some where hidden where the hobbyists can enter ratings?

I think the webmaster puts his own spin on the scores.  I would ignore them and reign in some of the other points listed in the ad as well.....Cup size, height, age etc.......
