I wonder who replies to my wechat messages when I make enquires or make booking with one of those “spas”. I went to a “spa” shop in TST and had a poor experience but I’ve been at the other branch before (also in TST but under different name). I made a complaint about a girl 5min after stepping out but instead of apologizing or asking for more details the reply I got was who would I like to book next? I suspect it’s the masseur I had who replied because she was only person there. The MMS was nice to me before and I doubt she would just turn a blind eye/ear. I have seen masseuses at Kama and other establishments with access to the corporate Wechat, so it probably happens more than one might expect. Let us know about your bad experience. Whichever spa is more popular/pays higher/fewer quality girls canabalising their own “business”. I have gotten rather sceptical whenever I see Wechat customer feedbacks from the Spas. @Mister: I don’t write about it publicly. The spa is above okay in my books so it’s probably one isolated incident. But this keeps me thinking what’s going on at these spas.
