The risk of catching some nasty infection by unclean equipment seems rather high . Would like to try since the it's a unique sensation according to information obtained by a friend who regularly appreciates this play. However, only would try if I knew the sounding equipment is 100% clean and the girl really knows what she is doing. Apart from infection another risk is that your urethra gets injured; not a pleasant idea.
