No response on this?! Here's my account of Ningbo from another well known site:
I went for a wander through the bar streets of the Bund, then walked over the bridge (Jiao Jiang DaqiaoI?) and am 95% certain that I walked directly in to the RLD on the east side of the bridge. I could be doing them a disservice but there were a good dozen ladies of varying ages scattered around the area at strategic intervals. Wasn't propositioned though. Love the fact that this area is known as Workers New Village.
I took a left up ShuGuang Lu as far as Jing Jia lu. There is a Bank of Ningbo on the corner. To the right I found a foot massage place heaving with young ladies on sofas but didn't brave it. I went to the little "spa" place next to the bank and asked for a bath. They don't have, but I showered instead (unassisted) and lay down for the massage. Not too relaxing as Kept getting interrupted at critical moments, but not boys in blue, just other masseuses looking for the air con control.
Don't recall the damage, believe it was 198 no tip. Girl was inexperienced so both massage and HE very mediocre, not much teasing. Seemed to be more available on request (maybe fire and ice for example, not likely FS) but my Mandarin is poor and hers was worse (heavy accent / dialect).
