I suggest you read more reports, and find the sections that talk about health

There is only one answer to your question: go see a doctor, urgently.  That's how to deal with it.

Only a qualified doctor can give accurate and up-to-date treatment and advice on cures and prevention of STIs.  Only a doctor can advise you which STIs are curable and which ones are incurable and / or life-threatening to yourself or to the girl.

Until then,
   ALWAYS use a condom,
perform only safe activities with a girl,
if you have any doubts your own health, avoid ALL sex until a doctor gives you the all-clear
if at any moment you have any doubts about a girl you're considering, avoid sex with her regardless of whether you already paid her or not, and
if you can avoid having sex with a working Girl, or with anyone who has had multiple partners before you, avoid it

How you put that advice into practice is now up to you.

Since you say you're new to this ... most working girls do not accept girls as a client so I doubt if girls can "catch' something from WGs

if you're asking so you can derive a % on the possibility of 'catching something' then may I suggest that you think otherwise - it doesn't work that way !

You do not need to worry about STD from WGs if you don't try them ... and if you do try, just do not have any exchange of body fluids and you will be 'safe'

There are four situations to handle.

First, not catching something from the girl. This is what happens most of the time. If this was not what happened most of the time, then we'd all be sick most of the time, and we're not.

Second, wondering whether you've caught something from the girl. Why is it that we only notice that our pee might sting after we've gone with a girl? Answer: Worry. When worried, worry for a bit, then if it doesn't go away, get tested at a clinic.

Third, when you know you caught something from a girl, because you're really sick (not just thinking you "might" be sick). Once again, the doctor is your friend here. Visit a doctor and get checked.

Fourth, when you caught something from a girl, but you don't know it. This occasionally happens, because some STDs have no symptoms. This is where your annual screening comes in. If you hobby, have an annual STD screening. It's fairly easy to do, either on its own or as part of an annual physical.

So: How to deal with it? Most of the time, nothing happens. Occasionally, you think something has happened but it hasn't. Rarely, you know you've caught something and must deal with it. And very rarely, you might get taken by surprise at a screening.

Please note that I haven't tried to tell you how to get or avoid STDs, or how frequently they occur. Transmission is rare enough that we aren't all sick. But every transmission that happens, happens in one sexual encounter from one partner to the other partner. In other words, it's a game of chance with the odds stacked in your favor, but you can still lose.
