HK island has always been more expensive in terms of rental, food, utility (diff electricity provider in KLWN & HK) and even pay scale. The main drive is the property market......price in HK island is way higher than in Kwln. Now when it come to Hotels......of cos again more expensive in HK island. If you guys have tried both side Hotel.....check out the Room rate......you will see that the hotel in HK island is more expensive. So even the provider put an average looking gal in a Hotel in HK island, they still charge u $100 or $200 more expensive.

Is that because local guys are prepared to pay more so they can talk to the girls more easily. Or is it because the local gals think they're that much better that their mainland sisters?

I mean, suppose she's a local hotel girl charging $1,500 and, after expenses, she gets half that. If she services 3 guys a day and works 25 days a month, she could make $56,250. For a 20 year old girl, living at home - that's a pretty good salary for 3-hours a day. Makes me wish I'd been born a gal
