Never been to one but they are massage saunas, clubs and karaoke's.  Not sure what the advertised price includes, but probably a girl to sit and drink with you for a certain time.  FS service is usually available for extra I think.  maybe charge you for nuts and a plate of fruit as well.

wouldn't venture into one except with a local ......................

visited one with a hulk; before we went into a cheap ktv, called my friend and pass the phone to the papasan; after that spoke to friend and was informed the "procedure" and "costs" involved;
sound fair and off to the ktv room and later to another bedroom on a higher floor.

Many years ago, was stupid enough to check out one of these places from the posters.
Turned out to be a small "night club" in SSP. Actual prices were much higher then
advertised. The girls there were young and willing to do anything to get you to pay more!
If you're not familier with these places you're going to be totally ripped off !!!
