I've been in the hobby for a few years now, but my best experience is from a massage parlor off Argyle and Portland Street. The people who run the shop are friendly and they'll even give change if you overpay! That was a first for me.

I highly recommend the Portland Street massage parlor. If I am looking at the map correctly, it's located next to a Chun Wing building materials store. This location was better than the garbage service I received at the Shanghai Street location, but that is a story for another day.

I have a feeling he's writing about 42 Bute Street in Mong Kok.  Because everytime I'm there, they offer the lemon tea drink.

I was there last week.  Not only did they offer the tea, but they insisted I sit in the lounge to relax before leaving.  This place is almost guaranteed to give good service.  Everything is on the table.  The ladies aren't attractive though.  You'd need to close your eyes and do some imagining.

It's weird that you wrote you only get one shot, the one's I've been to (there are like 3 in the area, 311 portland, then another a few doors down, then another across the st., 105 PE, 42 bute, a few on shanghai st.) you get multiple pops.

I usually get them to get me off in the shower, can be extra messy because you can wash off easily. Some girls don't let me finish in the shower, depending on my mood I insist on finishing then getting a shitty massage afterwards. If the girl is hot, I go for round 2 with some rimming/bbbj to wake lb up for a fuck.

Also note those places usually have an "early bird special" girl selection not as great but prices are discounted.
