Only been in 42 Bute once but 310 Portland St's rooms are smaller than 42 Bute's, not that it matters much.

There are like 3 or 4 of them in that area by MK MTR exit A, 310, one across the road from it, and on the corner by Fife St. I've been to the one on Fife St. and 310 Portland, Fife st. experience was OK, older (40s) woman.
