The reason I'm thinking of an 'agenda', a similar experience happened to me a dozen years ago in Xi'an. I was doing duo and there was no changing of covers from one girl to the other, not that that is a real factor except to say the condom was getting a real work out, and finally it burst - shredded to pieces!
The one I was 'in' started freaking out, and soon followed by the second, screaming like a banshee, and yammering away in Mandarin; however, once it was checked that I had not cum things started to settle down and they whipped out another cover and we continued on with the action for another 30 minutes. No instant screaming for a doctor & $$
As a side note, the great thing in those days, the duo was 1000rmb, with a 200 tip was there was no time limit! It wasn't deemed over until after I  and since we were playin, literally, around so much the whole Pan & flute dive into debauchery went on for almost 3 hours.
