While I see where you are coming from, some of your comments seem very condescending.  

Remember this, punting is your entertainment, but its her career.  Saying that you need to see the doctor more so than she does is just not right.  WGs are humans too and deserve the same healthcare as you do and when it comes to STIs transmission during regular intercourse, its more likely for it to pass on male to female than the other way round.  

Get yourself tested, but do not in any circumstance indicate that you need it more than the WG you were with.  That's basically discriminating them as being more likely to have STIs.

I do agree that her taking away your clothing is not the right way to go for her, but maybe you could have discussed it in a more calm manner?

There is another possibility, and that it was preplanned for the cover to come off to set off the demand for 2000 more. There aren't that many WG experiences where they are so sexually aggressive, and so quick to demand more $$

You are absolutely correct all that registered in my mind at that moment was EXTORTION !!  In all my years of mongering I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience.  Her attitude was this was my fault, I’m the bastard, and that I had to pay for her doctor’s appointment.  In hindsight both sides were at fault and I should have held back my temper but you had to be there to experience her wrath and money hungry venom.   Lesson learned, keep an eye on the sock when humanly possible.  Yes always repsect the gals, completely agree, but they also need to respect the client.  Happy and safe mongering to all.

The reason I'm thinking of an 'agenda', a similar experience happened to me a dozen years ago in Xi'an. There are 2 units on 2nd floor, both are newly renovated. Do you remember which unit? Left or right after walking out of the lift?
