I’ve travelled to some places where this type of thing happens on the regular. As a non-drinker I have been able to effectively avoid these issues when they seemed to be starting up. Drunks can't fight for shit.
One piece of this that is of zero consequence is the country of origin of the parties involved. We have members from all over and as such, we have all seen examples of both the victim and the aggressor in this situation being from different countries.
