I also got the same msg, and accidentally clicked the link :/
Took me to a "page not available" site. Panicked and deleted the msg. However, the girl in question also posted the same msg to her moments (attached)
If you don't hear from me in for a while, well.....
I actually contacted one of my Viet contacts a while back on wechat after the initial storm, but before conversing about anything incriminating, felt she was acting a bit weird and kept asking if I was "in Shanghai right now". Chickened out, wished her well, and then called Rain....
