This crackdown is to consolidate and regulate all vice related activities under the protection of the government. Perhaps they will make sure that all vice activities need to be located in CP instead of spread across DG, mandate health check ups and licensing for all outlets, tax all revenue, make sure that everything is kept within a standard of decency. So my opinion is that it will return, but in a more severe muted form, with price regulation that could scale up? also perhaps BBS will be cleaned up, Saunas need to have other facilities, KTVs wont have HD etc.
