I tried her recently. So a few things that maybe I misinterpreted from above or just to add info so your expectations are a bit more close to reality.
1. She is overweight. She has a belly.
It's not gross or anything like that, but from the photos I saw and when she opened the door with the skirt worn high, it wasn't as noticeable. But when she took it off, I was a bit surprised. I didn't expect her to be slim, but she had more of a belly than I expected.
2. I would put her at late 30s, but age is always hard to tell.
3. Little to no English, but she's friendly, jovial and does put you at ease. Even when she gave the classic lines, like "you're so big" and things like that, they weren't annoying as they sometimes can be.
