I think one was south eastern Chlamydia, another was some sort of super fungal infection (may or may not have been the BBBJ, could have been the towels, sheets etc...), and I have even heard of a WG getting some sort of herpes from giving a BBBJ (she was a Malaysian chick who came on a tourist visa to work a few months).  I think there were a few more stories from another mongering website, but not sure about those.  The ones for mentioned are either friends or friends of friends, either way pretty much possible.
