So I was in Osaka recently, and aside from visiting the red light districts, I also visited the "fashion health" Club Amour, a sex establishment about 10 minutes on foot away from my hotel. I'd say that Mao's face was largely similar to that in her online profile- her nose might be a bit off-putting for some but it was a nonissue for me. Mao didn't disappoint, and I feel quite lucky to be able to have secure a 90 minute slot with her. While YMMV as always, I strongly recommend visiting Mao if you're in the area (assuming you can secure a reservation). Japanese punters are able to do online booking- I secured my slot because someone cancelled. Yet another girl I hope to see when I return to Osaka in December.
