When you first get on the site, at the top of the page, there's always that "vote" section at the top of the page.
1. Is that a "fixed" system? Regulated by the MMSs and PPSs?
2. Anyone ever try those gals? Do you think they "deserve" the extra recognition?

Just always been curious.

I have tried a few of the top 10 that are displayed on the 141 banners.  Some of them are good but the majority of them are crap.  I think some of them may have paid for the rating to attract more customers.

If you visit the vets of 141, they are usually the safe bets for the best service.  But be warn some of the vets are also lemons.

Votes can be bought on the site, as with flower cards. The 141 platform is after all an advertising one.

Getting a good punt depends on how your luck and some chem I guess
