Had a rough week at work and was looking to unwind, so booked a session at nuru spa. Previously had gone once before based on reports from the forum and had a pretty good experience with a nice massage and good service overall.

Unfortunately this was far from the case this time around. Originally I had booked a time, but the agent kept sending messages that the room was ready earlier and I should come as soon as possible. So I show up a bit earlier than my booking, only to get told to come back in 10 minutes. WTF? Apparently another person was probably slotted in at the last second. So i’m stuck in the building standing around like an idiot and eventually I get ushered in, no small talk or pleasantries (unlike the first visit where the agent was very polite and welcoming, I think success and greed got to her head).

So anyway whatever, I didn’t come here to talk to the agent, no big deal. I head in and the girl just offers a very weak smile. I make an offhand comment on how business seems to be booming here, and unintentionally ruined my entire session. She starts telling me how exhausting things are, while half heartedly going through the shower and skipping all of the shower service, and how she feels like she’s being tortured every minute here. Okay well I thought that sucks but it’s a part of the industry, not everyone can adapt to it. She tells me how the boss has forced gweilos and indians on her despite her promise not to at the start, and how she worked for almost twelve straight hours without a break, and got shouted at by the boss when she wanted to step out for a bit to get some fresh air.

She shows me her shaking hands and complains she’s too tired to give a good massage. Ok so fine, why don’t you take a few minutes to rest I said. So she takes that very literally and calls her boyfriend or husband on the phone, and starts complaining about her “job” here and says she wants to go home. The guy asks if she’s even made the money to cover the travel costs and she says not quite. She starts crying and I’m just lying there awkwardly.

About half an hour has passed and no sign of any service, so I suggest this isn’t working I’ll pay half and leave and then she freaks out and says no and she’s afraid of the consequences. I said it’s fine and it just didn’t work, but she insists we can move on to the nuru or the bed. The nuru service was of course the highlight of this place but all she did was give a handjob with the nuru, which was incredibly disappointing. I asked for a body rub and she said she didn’t know how to do it, then complained again how tiring it was to do the body slide. So which is it? She doesn’t know how or doesn’t want to?

Anyway, at this point it’s a lost cause. She starts to give a pretty decent blowjob actually, though once again she soon gets tired. So in the end, I end up having to do the work, first in mish and then in doggy to finish. She starts to lie down again and asks if I can let her sleep and just wait in the room til my session is over. Sorry I felt bad for her and all but I’m not wasting 20 minutes sitting in this room like an idiot.

So I shower alone and she groans while cleaning the room and keeps talking about how she can’t wait to leave. Turns out the next guy arrived early so as soon as I left the boss lady collects my money and quickly shoos me out of the apartment and then sends the next guy in immediately. The girl didn’t even get a chance to shower...

Anyway a big 1600 mistake and definitely goes to show your experience can vary wildly. Won’t go back again.

Depends on the situation. I do feel bad for some of these girls. Massage / nuru places require more physical work than walk-ups where a girl can get by with being a dead fish.

Massage/sauna places... If she's really nice, sweet, pampers me... Sometimes I'll add an extra hour or so so she can rest a bit. If it's really late, and I find out she's about ready to leave... I'll buy up her extra hour and treat her to a bit of a snack (to make sure she leaves and not just con me into paying extra for nothing).

Google massage places... If it's someone I know (above criteria still applies), I'll ask for a 2nd attendant and get the other girl do the work so she can rest.

If she's just whining and complaining and blackface about it. I'll swap the girl. I'm paying to be entertained... Not to be their shrink. Lol.

Sadly to hear a dramatic  thread！ Knowing that most of all the girls are willingly to do as many as they could and earn as much as they can, may be the one is schizophrenia, why u get it in serious? In response to the awful experience of Nuru Spa, as a MMs of the Spa, I would like to clarify for some points:
1. I would never ever force any of the girls to work continuously without any break,
    they are willingly to work as many as they can.
2. The day before they come to work, I had told them all the situations and got their consents.
3. I really always concern about the performance of each girl and the satisfaction of each customer, that’s why I always
    ask for their comments after each session. Unfortunately, I could not get any comments after your sessions.
4. According to the thread, name of girl is not true,date and time both are not mention. What a suspicious purpose is?
5. It is quite weird that you can tolerate so long for the whole session and no requested for the swapping of girl or
    refused to pay due to poor performance of the girl.
6. Obviously,rumours represent someone attempt made  to smear
    our reputation.

I have no interest in smearing your reputation. I’ve been registered on this forum for a decade and have benefited from a lot of sharing of good and bad reports from fellow punters. I’ve also reported on a variety of places, both good and bad, and as mentioned in my report your spa previously did have some good experiences too.

Usually I would let this slide, but your attempt to try to present this as some conspiracy against your spa rubs me the wrong way.

Firstly on what you tell your girls, it’s your word against the girl’s word, and I don’t see any point debating that. What you negotiate with your staff is up to you and none of our business. The point about not letting your girls work without a break is clearly a lie, as I am sure others who have gone have often seen other punters before and after their session.

I had no interest in starting a big argument over the payment or service as the poor girl looked like a emotional wreck, and you or your staff as usual queued up another punter immediately after the session. I’d rather take the 1600 damage and choose other establishments in the future than create a ton of conflict and anger.

A ignorant little woman as I am, I don’t have enough knowledge or intelligence to make an argument with those big bros. True or untrue, it is up to the points of view or their intuitive thinking. I had said as I want to say and also no interest in those tedious arguments.  Lastly, one intelligent from Hemingway, his stories presented only a small part of what was actually happening. I would like to add that my last experience with NURU spa has put me off, especially when price remained at HKD 1600 but service time cut from the original 90 mins to 60 mins. Don't think I'll want to go back again given the attitude of the MMS when I specifically told her service was sub-par.

Anyway, there is too much choice around, and I'm sure there are those that will agree with me, and some that will disagree; but I for one, am not short for choices.

personally I do not have problems with any WGs or agents who participate in this forum
as long as they do not advertise themselves or their workers to the members in this forum

I didn’t want to jump in on knocking nuru spa when it was down but having re-read YHHBB’s posts I do feel that she is very dishonest.

I have also had two bad experiences with the MMS, once was when she told me to come back in forty minutes when I had booked and another time was when she kept pestering me with WhatsApp by sending me pictures and asking me to write a report.  When I blocked her she sent text messages despite telling her that it was inappropriate.  That together with her attitude was what put me off on writing a report. I write when I feel the place deserves recognition and not as an agent of the MMS.

At the request of bro, @twiceAweek, my post-experience on my last time at Nuru Spa was not a good one at all.

My previous booking was on 06JAN to which an appointment was booked for 2200. I message her at 21:46 to tell her I was nearby and at 2148 (as per whatsapp message time stamp), she had the nerve to say I booked for 23:15? WTF. Already a bit pissed, so she said alright, her mistake and that I can come at 22:25. Anyway, got there on the dot, and was told to sit a bit cus another bro was still in the room. This adds to what bro, @amphibean says about the girl having no rest in between, as shortly before the bro was about to come out, MMS ushered me in to the toilet, as I told her I don't wanna see the other bro (personal preference to avoid bro to bro eye contact). Anyway, so in I go, and the girl was called LinLin. Anyway, long story short, I was expecting Dong Guan service as per MMS description and found that the experience did NOT in any way come close to what I've experienced before (no point elaborating as it's been a couple of months already).

Anyway, so outside, the MMS asked how her service was, and tbh, I told her bluntly, her service was not what was advertised. I gave her 2 options: 1) Give me a good discount, I'll let this slide and come again next time 2) Take full HKD 1600 payment and lose me forever. Since I already said in the previous comment I won't go there anymore, she obviously chose the latter. So, I quickly paid, and told her not to whatsapp me photos of the girls anymore as I am no longer interested in her place and left into the darkness of the night. As bro @Mister mentioned, MMS only cares about $$$.

Interesting how hard it is to build up reputation and can be ruined like a piece of cake.

I have both good and not very good services from the spa. But the MMS was always polite and nice to me, and only messages when she has an update about her girl. Did the management changed?
