The only reason I can see as to why WGs claim to be another nationality is that they think it means they can charge more. If you understand the language, you can usually figure it from accents. Otherwise, throw in some local colloquialisms or ask them a question or two that people would generaly respond with colloquialisms... And it's a dead giveaway.

Busting them is part of the entertainment I'm paying for. Lol. Not that I really care..But it's fun to do. Lol.

Or if you're familiar with the area, ask them about local hotspots. Lol.
