You guys are probably thinking what the hell is wrong with me but for some reason I am too pussy to go into the building and see other punters and stuff lmao. So please give me a legitimate answer

anywhere between 3am to 10am would probably have less people but at the same time there'll be less girls working

2;30pm-6pm there's not too much traffic in Phoenix or Fuji, there'll always be some punters but those kind of times its not too bad
