in general, it is up to the person what he/she wants to set how high the RA level at but there
are minimum requirements. PLease read the forum rules.
i. Pics that do not show face - minimum RA20
ii. Pics that show face - minimum RA30
iii. Pics that show nudity without showing face - minimum RA30
iv. Pics that show nudity and face - minimum RA50
v. Pics taken from WG's social media (e.g QQ/Wechat/Whatsapp) - minimum RA50
vi. Pics taken from SEX141 database - no RA needed
Since you have a Reading Access level of 10, you cannot see the person's picture because it's set at RA20.
It's mainly to try to protect the girl's identity and to get members to participate to move up in rank like you.
A member can post and set a RA at any level and still be able to access ( edit ) their own post,. They
an see their own post including pictures with a higher RA. For example like RA90 for the post ( report ).
