FN doesn't really start till after 9 PM, the full roster arrives at 8 PM and i think some start to leave at 3 AM.

I stayed overnight and woke up at 5 AM to use the restroom and they were still doing lineups.  10:30 is prime time.

If you're in Macau don't bother with 141...HK maybe..  141 is usually the clearance stuff in Macau....price is also a moving target..anywhere from 400 to 1200

better off going to a lower end sauna if you are budget constrained.

Usually I buy the ferry+D1 tickets in HK.  With the tickets I get a lower price plus, more important, a longer (90 min) session.

in Macau there are mainly 3 types of places for entertainment ...

saunas
KTV
nightclubs

night clubs are the most costly

If you are going to night clubs, you can enjoy beautiful WGs, music and wines.  Lots of hug and chatting with your WGs.  Choose your girl wisely.
If you are going to KTV, you can enjoy WGs, beers and dice games with WGs.  Wish you can sing with your WGs.
If you are going to saunas, you can enjoy bath, massage, watching soccer games, food, drink and have sex with WGs in massage room as per your selection.
If you are going to D1, bath and pure sex with WGs of China, Thai, Viename, Russia as per your selection.
For me, I prefer saunas in Macau.

This is a good summary.  Basically what you are in the mood for-- in order of effort required.  

D1/D2, or Hou Va type places, minimal effort,  Get in, select, relax, get out.  Lower end of price range.  

Sauna, go to relax for many hours, soak, eat, chill with friends, hang out with girls.  Medium price range (but can go high if you select model class or european/japanese/korean)

KTV (haven't gone in Macau, but have gone in Mainland), very active, higher energy, some game helpful to get the girl in the mood for later.  Much more expensive due to extras being paid for (food, alcohol, time).  Have to negotiate/arrange for OTC session with girl.

Nightclub, I haven't done this in Macau either, but I assume it's like it is all over SE Asia and HK, somewhere between a sure thing and regular approaching in a bar, have to negotiate everything and it really takes a certain mood and certain effort for me.  But, this can often result in a good OTC arrangement, and can feel more like an accomplishment if you find a good one at a good rate.  

Regarding Saunas, my go-tos are Familia Nobre, East Castle, and Rio.  Rio will be most expensive of those.  Golden Dragon was pretty good when I went in the past.  I think it can be more about the time of day you go vs. the place for a good selection.  One other thing I enjoy doing at the saunas is trying to flirt with the massage girls and wait staff and get them OTC, have been successful before but you need to be discreet.

I think the saunas are pretty close in price range. To me, East, East Castle, Rio, No.1 are all within HK$ 2-300  to each other. The rest isn't that much cheaper. If you just want to go in and out, sauna probably isn't the best bang for the buck. From my experience recently (a year ago), the service in sauna has gone down significantly (especially mainlanders, the Russians are going downhill as well). If you want quality of the girls, HGs at HK aren't that much different. As for service, you are just rolling the dice lile everywhere else. However, Macau saunas (Rio and FN) also have Latin girls working as well. Last time I was at FN, couple of them were black.

No, We can only buy Sauna's coupon in Hong Kong. In fact, the benefit of a coupon is just the return HK-Macau turbojet tickets and 1-2 free lounge service.

Went to East spa in Waldo for the first time yesterday and seemed like the majority of their girls were under 25.  Their lineup seems smaller than 18 or FN but the thing I liked about east spa they had quite a few staff that spoke good English.

Yes looking to go to Waldo tomorrow, my brother said would be a treat. Currently just checked into Rio and will head over to golden dragon in a couple of hours. Hope to have some good punts to talk about.

Is everything back to normal in Macau now after the August's typhoon?

I left Hong Kong on Aug 22nd, as I was waiting for my flight it started to pour really heavily.  They allowed us to board only to have us waiting in the plane for two hours!  Is that the August typhoon you were referring to?  I came back on Sept 8th and everything seems fine, a little wet and some light sprinkling but nothing that really concerned me.  I did walk to familia noble and noticed a tree fell onto the sidewalk and I had to walk around it. So it looks like I got out barely in time.

Yes, I'm talking about that typhoon. You're lucky because HKO issued typhoon signal no.10 (the highest one) in the morning of Aug 23. Many saunas were closed because water and electric power in some parts of Macau were still shut down after the typhoon. I'm glad to hear that it's get back to normal now. Should try a punt this weekend.

How is the bang for $$$ now in Macau. Has the service level gone down to the point of not worth the $$$. Thinking about just relaxing on my trip to Macau and save the $$$ to punt in HK.
