I have been eyeing this luxurious SPA along Huanshi East Road, a block away on the same side as the Garden Hotel. Getting out of the Taojin Metro Station Garden Hotel side, just walk about 300 meters in the direction of Tianhe, passing thru San Mao Hotel. You will find a high building with a blue sailboat logo on top. This is the Ocean Hotel and at the back is the famous Sea Imperial Palace Spa.
This spa covers 5 floors. First floor lobby, 2nd floor showers and dressing room, 3-4 mahjong, games, darts and 5th floor buffet dining, lounge and of course the massage rooms.
My former manager from Long Tao Le (LTL) spa is here so after so many invites, I finally acceded to her invitation to visit the spa. So she told me to leave my last 3 digits of my phone at the lobby and mention her name. Then proceeded to the showers, sauna, steam room, etc.. for a nice refreshing wash down. Off to the 5th floor for some nice buffet spread. Now you have to finish before 8pm because this is the time the new shift starts with a nice parade in their long gowns and glittering numbers on their waists. No. 319 caught my eye because she was not very tall and had a latina look, unlike all the others . Sent her number via WeChat and in about 10 minutes, my contact came to fetch me at my chair to send me up to the nice cozy semi-dark rooms.
Procedure as follows - girl arrives and hugs you real tight like gf. Overall, i would rate this an 8 out of 10 amongst all the places i have been to. Good food, clean, gfe experience, nice parade and for a minimal extra fee, can stay overnight.
