Not exactly a report but more of an info guide.

For those who visit Sri Lanka on business or leisure.

Be informed that SL is not the country you would want to visit to monger ,but for those who are in the need you have 3 options to selecr.

There's local spas
This should cost you $10-20 at most places for an hour
Local flavor , the young ones are usually $15-20 and milfs can be found as low as $8

Nothing special, usual massage and a HJ or BJ to finish with depending on the tip.

HJ's are usually included to the spa fee and BJ's might cost you $5-10 in addition.

These places can be found throughout Colombo with a big SPA sign.  
Any taxi driver would be able to guide you.

You can buy the Sunday paper called The Sunday times and refer to the "hit ad" magazine for spa info .

Then there are Thai/ Chinese spas

There are two tiers within this category , tier 1 gives you HJ/BJ and tier 2 allows you to have FS.

The cheaper ones are prices at $30-35 which gets you an hours massage and a HJ.
the quality is far better compared to the local spas, so is the environment and facilities.

Sun Hill spa - Colombo 3 / Kolpetty
Wild orchid Spa - COlombo 6 / Wellawatte
Foot rub - Colombo 03 / Kolpetty

There are only 2 Tier 2 joints in Colombo which are run by the same owner and these are the best. Entrance would cost you $70 for one hour for massage ,B2B etc. Once you select the room number you can negotiate with the girl according to what you need. HJ is usually on the house, BJ with access would cost you around $10-15 and FS will go upto $30-35. It all depends on how you negotiate,but do not expect FS to be lower than $25.

Juliana hotel - Colombo 3 / Kolpetty - The best

Juliana hotel Lite - Colombo 4 / Bambalapitiya marine drive - Slightly cheaper than JH maybe $10-15  in total. but same experience.

Freelancers

Freelancers can be found by talking to Roomboys at your hotel and taxi drivers. I do not have any contact info regarding them.
They usually range from $35 for average looking locals and can go upto $500 for actresses and models.
Russian FLs are around $85 , Chinese can be taken for $70(all of the major casino;s are filled with Chinese hookers).
