Is RA retroactive?

I recently attained RA 30. Very excited about this since it now allows me to access some reports that I could not read before. However it seems that I cannot access these older reports. Perhaps it only allows me to access new RA 30 reports since I reached this level? Can anyone confirm?

You need to give more info …  like, what section are you reading and starting what dates you cant get access

OM. Sorry about that. I am not sure how the dates are relevant because there is no year on the posts. At least not the mobile version. The reports were in the Walk ups section. Thanks
