This is not a report about a girl but about the poor management that has always been Serenity's weakness. Maybe I experience such poor service because I don't over pay for the body to body services that they always try to push on clients. Actually I'm pretty damn sure that's exactly what it is.

I've been visiting Serenity for the past 5 years. Jessica is a great sales persons but I never let that salesmanship get to me. We have a pretty good understanding that I'm a solid stable regular for her business but I'm not interested in overpriced and undervalued services. So she does take advantage of me from time to time and change my booking times if clients want a girl and are willing to do Body to Body.

Today I made a booking with her for a girl at 10am for 10:30pm. At 10pm I WhatsApp her to let her know I'm on the way. 5mins away from arriving she replies that he girl is busy.

She didn't apologize or explain why she just said so and so is busy. I told her I made an appointment, that I'm disappointed etc and still she didn't apologize and only said her memory is bad.

Basically it was only when I told her I don't think I will ever return again  that she apologized but honestly there was no sincerity to it.

Look I don't think this places deserves my money and more. You guys can laugh at me for being a low roller or whatever and not willing to be upsold and that I deserve this treat me. But to me a client who is going to come back with regular business shouldn't be treat like this. I will not be returning to Serenity and I would encourage you all to not spend your money there either.

Half of the time, and this is just my opinion.. I feel like this is sometimes the girls / businesses mentality that "This guy is always a returning customer so I can do this to him and I know he will return" ..

Same as girly bars here: Buy them a drink and they leave it and walk around the tables trying to get more drinks rather than sit with you and drink it, because they know you're a regular.

I had a regular massage girl who barely even massaged me anymore and just complained about life whilst giving me a half assed massage, and I am paying for this shit??

They totally misunderstand that they should treat a returning customer like a VIP, rather than the new customer like a VIP.

damn! had no idea jessica was like that. I used to be a regular back during the HBS days.
jessica would always welcome me in and see me out. She used to hug me all the time and while shes at it she would rub her tits all over me.
and the girls (although a bit on the old side) would always give me 2 shots at no extra charge.

these days, its always about money everywhere you go. While its fair since its their source of income, i think it really lacks that personal touch that makes me keep revisiting.
