Cannot speak english, no whatsapp, no wechat. He was shouting something on the phone, I did not get what he was trying to say. I then send a few sms's. Went into the Sheung Wan ad's later and saw the same picture that was in the Tung Chung list? I have a strange feeling about this - just does not look/sound/feel legit.
