Why the hell this is not legalized, and people are afraid to use protection. Legalization and proper control would certainly   reduce spread of STD which would benefit overall public health in China. I was working in Saudi Arabia as an expat, where you even can receive the death penalty for prostitution; nevertheless, prostitution took place.
