Is safe to go bare foot in their rooms and showers or do you guys wear flip flops to keep your feet off the floors at all times (which is certainly the custom in everyday life on the mainland)? It's not like 141 you can see used condoms, torn underwear or dripping sperm....etc.  I regular socks and running shoes as HKG need to walk many more miles using my feet then where I am from.  Will use tissue paper to dry my feet after Showering before wearing socks back.  .  I can't walk too far with my FlipFlops.  .....but that's just me.
