However, the agent was polite, pleasant and smiled while the customer continued to abuse her. When the man finally left, the next person in line said to the agent "Does that happen often? I can't believe how nice you were to him". The agent smiled and said "No problem, I took care of it. He's going to Detroit. His bags are going to Bangkok". I once bought a pair of socks in a shop, the sales person accompanied me out the door before handing me the bag, then bowed and didn't raise her head until I turned the corner at the end of the street. I was a bit embarassed, the socks cost like 300yen...

#7 Post at 29-12-2016 12:02  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L ive found that in some  places you have to insist and stand your ground or they just blow you off and take advantage of you. had an experience at with a chinese airline where they lost my luggage for a connecting flight and they were trying to get me to let it go and just report my luggage lost when i reached my destination. I called their supervisor and they found my bags within 30 minutes
