During REM sleep you have increased blood activity to the brain and this in turn also increases blood activity to your penis.  When you wake up from REM sleep you have an erection from that.  This is normal in all healthy males. B.) You have a full bladder (likely from not having urinated before sleep) and this pushes against the nerves in the region which causes erection.  When you're awake you either go urinate or other active muscles and nerves in the region counteract you getting an erection.  But when you're asleep your muscles and nerves are relaxed.

#48 Post at 3-8-2011 12:03  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L Actually it is not hard at all to cut them.  If you have a single edge razor blade [available at almost any store] you just lay the sharp edge onto the pill.  They are purposely made not hard or dense so they will dissolve quickly and therefore go to work quickly.  I use a 20mg. Cialis and cut it into 4 equal pieces.  This is mostly to minimize the headache that results.
