Something like Pocari Sweat or Gatorade before just to help replenish all the liquids and electolytes that i'll be losing during the ML session. After the session, depending on how much time I have, either a Gray Goose tonic with a twist or a +12 year old scotch

Maybe when I was invited for some beer, but that's before punting and I usually don't perform well when a bit tipsy.

I only drink water afterwards to replenish lost fluid during intercourse.. the sweating, loss of saliva.. etc..

Tend to go for water before hand, or warm lemon water if I feel that my breath might be a bit bad.

As for after normally go for a sports drink or soft drink.

Yakult is also a good one to have, but not good for thirst.

I leave alcohol completely out of the equation as I think it'll not just hamper the performance but also some people go overboard and end up blacking out, I'd rather remember the whole thing
