Money exchange in Manila

So I'm flying into Manila in May for a conference, what's the money exchange situation like at the Manila airport, do they have something with good rate like Superrich in BKK? If not where do you recommend I exchange some HKD to Peso?

if you staying in Makati area  there are plenty money changers around that area in Greenbelt and the malls.... (near Landmark) not a big diffence or you can change money in Chung King Mansion in TST I change there whenever I go the philippines and the rates are good too
