Finally managed to visited Macau after COVID ends.
Visited Familia Nobre on a Saturday, entered at about 7PM.
Went up the staircase, there is somebody to escort you at every single step.

Got probably the smaller room.
Usual service, lay down on the bed inside the shower, lady showered you up and mount you to glides back and fro, back side then front side.

One website meant for Japanese is offering free taxi pickups to go to some of the saunas, I tried it this time, didn't seem to affect the sauna pricing in the end.

Regarding thigh massage in FN, only done it in VIP room if you want a happy ending, but the package will be very expensive nowadays. I guess the lady did not expect you pay for it and hence not propose any further action.

400-590 extra should do the trick for a HJ in one of those VIP rooms in my experience

There are a few private rooms with one or a few of those recliner chairs.
