Thailand offers all sorts of entertainment at various price points. Bangkok, the primate city, has many delights. Costs can be significant. Value-for-money is a metric but of course is subjective.
I'm not sure what you mean by "Japanese massage." From your description, it sounds like you were in a shophouse massage place. I haven't heard of this place before, so I'm curious. No window curtains? Did you ascend stairs to get to the Sky Room? Sounds like you got that value-added room, and another 1,000 baht surcharge for this particular technician?
