As a suggestion, you could probably get feedback from your brother and write reports on his experiences to boost you up, since you mentioned you are trying to move up the ranks.
You can just say it is your brothers feedback in the report, since i guess he doesnt have his own account. Any information on providers is welcome here, even if it is 2nd hand, so long as it is legit. | |
