They mention the age together with the girls, and some of the 16 year old girls have pictures of them wearing their school uniform, which is the actual Shenzhen school uniform... Furthermore, a friend recognized one WG from their collection, and he said her age seemed correct. So one can suppose the others are also accurate.
As for the masks situation it's now like this: you arrive at the spa wearing a mask and sometimes swipe a QR code which checks where your phone has been in the last 2 weeks. Then you go to the lockers/showers and take off your mask and change into the spa clothes. You don't take the mask to your room. Inside your room the girl will also not wear a mask. After the service is finished you go back to change to your own clothes and put on a mask again. Then you leave the venue wearing a mask.
