During the SARs outbreak in 2003, WHO has issued a global health warning and Hong Kong was on the list of affected area. Then, Hong Kong became a dead city. The no. of travellers dropped significantly. As SARs is inflected by human to human transmission, People weared mask and avoided close contact with those who might inflect the disease. The punting business no doubt has reached a low point. Many mainland WGs just took a break.
