As much as one can trust chinese information on public health situation:
"So far human-to-human transmission of the unidentified virus affecting Wuhan’s population has not been observed, said WHO: “Based on the preliminary information from the Chinese investigation team, no evidence of significant human-to-human transmission and no health care worker infections have been reported.”"

Not too worrying unless you have been to that one fish market in Wuhan. I'll start to worry when they report cases of human to human transmission.

I'd been more concerned about regular flu, with all those people sneezing, sniffing, spitting constantly and everywhere ...
